2. What data we process

• Data you send us when requesting a meeting: name, company, email or phone, preferred day and time, and notes.
• Answers you give the site’s agent (sector, priority, team size) — they stay in your browser only, unless you include them in your request.
• Campaign measurement data (Meta Pixel), only if you accept marketing cookies.
• Messages written or spoken to the site’s agent: after the notice in the chat, they are sent to the configured AI provider (e.g. Google Gemini) only to generate the reply; we do not store them on the server. Voice is transcribed in the browser or, if needed, by the same provider.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your request and scheduling the meeting — pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Campaign measurement — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.

4. Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to follow them up and, at most, 24 months without further interaction.

5. Sharing and transfers

Requests travel through the channel you choose (WhatsApp or email), subject to those services’ policies. With your consent, Meta Platforms receives browsing data for measurement; transfers outside the EEA may occur under standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

• Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
• Restriction of and objection to processing, and portability.
• Withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Lodging a complaint with the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
